On August 15, 2022, the eight anniversary of the Kocho massacre and to honor all those harmed by ISIL C4JR published a Position Paper containing basic legal, policy, and practical contours of a mechanism to bring ISIL members responsible for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity to justice for their crimes.
